Honoring St. Joseph

St. Anthony of Padua Parish, Rockford, again hosted hundreds of people at the annual St. Joseph Altar on the feast of St. Joseph, March 19. From 11:30-3 p.m. that day, visitors first viewed the room-length altar filled with decorated breads and sweets and then enjoyed a meatless meal of pasta, frosha (vegetable omelets) and pastries.
