School Endowment Gift Amount: $   
The St. Anne School Endowment Fund of St. Anne Parish in the Catholic Foundation is intended to serve as a permanent endowment resource for the welfare, benefit, support, general capital and/or maintenance, ad/or educational needs of St. Anne School. All income and earnings resulting from this endowment fund are to be used on behalf of the school at the discretion and determination of the pastor, principal, and/or other persons who possess the legitimate authority to render such financial decisions under the regulations and policies of the Catholic Church and the Catholic Diocese of Rockford. In the event St. Anne School were to close or merge with another school, the income and/or earnings of the school endowment would revert to St. Anne Parish to be used for education programs. At no time may the income and/or earnings of the endowment fund be used in a way contrary to the Diocese of Rockford, St. Anne Parish, St. Anne Church or St. Anne School of Dixon, IL. The Endowment Program Committee may designate additional options, amend or alter any of the above specified options from time to time, as the needs and circumstances of the parish require and in accordance with Canon and civil law, the by-laws, regulations and policies of the Catholic Foundation and the Diocese of Rockford.
