The motto, "To restore all things in Christ," was that of Pope St. Pius X, a champion of liturgical reform and active participation by the laity in the Church's liturgy. The image of Christ as the slain Lamb of God over the Heavenly Jerusalem--in whose liturgy we on earth participate--was drawn under the direction of Eric Gill and appeared on the first issue of Orate Fratres magazine (now Worship) in 1924 . The Rite of Election is to be held on February 26, 2012 at the Cathedral of St. Peter for those Catechumens seeking the Sacraments of Initiation. Please find the information regarding the two ceremonies below. Information is due back to the Office of Divine Worship by February 15, 2012.
