The Respect Life Office provides presentations on a variety of topics that can help your school or parish gain a better understanding of respect life issues that are relevant to people’s lives today.  These presentations can be tailored to fit the needs of your school or parish and can be offered for youth or adults at assemblies, faculty or staff in-services, retreats, or as part of any other program.  Below are the names of the speakers and the topics each of them can address.  If there is a topic you would like covered that is not listed call and inquire further.  To schedule a presentation or to get more information, please contact our office at 815-399-4300 or email one of the speakers directly.   

 

Speakers:

Mitch Striedl (mitchstriedl@rockforddiocese.org)

Mitch Striedl, a native of the Rockford Diocese, currently serves as Director of the Respect Life Office for the Diocese. Mitch brings with him a background in pro-life and youth ministry in addition to experience in politics and high school teaching. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his certification to teach from National Louis University. Prior to taking over in July of 2010 as the Respect Life Director, Mitch spent the previous four years overseeing youth outreach and chastity education for the Respect Life Office in the Archdiocese of Chicago. He is married and has two children.
