Historic Designation

St. Patrick Church was designated as an historical landmark after the Saturday evening Mass on Sept. 30 by the Landmark Commission of the City of McHenry. The church, built in the 1922-23 time period, is the 19th structure to be so designated. Father Godwin Asuquo and Father James McKitrick pulled the cords to unveil the plaque located outside at the front of the church.
