Office 365 Email Migration

If you have been notified that your email account migration will be completed or you receive an error when trying to sign into the Diocesan Webmail link below, please try the Office 365 link below instead. Make sure to use your full email address (i.e. itdept@rockforddiocese.org) when you sign in.

Outlook
If you use the Outlook application to check your email, it should automatically reconnect after your account is migrated. You may see a login prompt to enter your username and password. Make sure to enter your full email address (i.e. itdept@rockforddiocese.org) for the username and check the box to “Remember Credentials”.
Phone/Tablet
After migration, your account may need to be removed and re-added to your phone. We recommend waiting to do this until at least Tuesday, 6/15. You should see an option for Office 365 when you go to add the account in your mail app. If you don’t see that, you can look for one labeled Exchange or Exchange ActiveSync and use that. If neither of those works or they are not listed, you can download the Outlook app for Android or iPhone and try adding the account that way.
If you are unsuccessful following the steps above for reconnecting your account in Outlook or your Phone/Tablet, contact the IT department for assistance.
